4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods to facilitate ease of transaction:

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific terms are detailed in the service agreement.

7. Liability

Gardeners Pimlico strives to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Pimlico operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice under the following conditions:

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardeners Pimlico, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Amendments

Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be effective.
